the house of nuray way.

House of Nuray is my garden-inspired floral studio rooted in the beauty of seasons, gathering and thoughtful design.

Atelier is French for “workshop”—a place where an artist creates by hand.

At House of Nuray, flowers are gathered with the same intention. Each arrangement is composed by hand, allowing the natural movement, seasonality, and character of every stem to become part of the design. This is my atelier: a little studio devoted to the art of gathering.

I create arrangements with a natural, gathered feeling—working with seasonal blooms, movement, texture, and the unexpected shapes that flowers bring with them.

My work is inspired by the feeling of bringing something beautiful home from the garden: a little wild, a little thoughtful, and never quite the same twice.

I believe floral design is about paying attention—to what is growing, what is in season, and what each stem naturally brings to the arrangement.

I don’t believe every stem needs to be told where to go. Sometimes the best part of an arrangement is discovering what the flowers already want to do.

I want House of Nuray to be a celebration of the natural world—a place to slow down, notice the beauty around us and gather it with care.

Flowers are gifts from the earth, and I believe creating beauty also means appreciating where it came from. To me, that means working with what is already there rather than asking nature to become something it isn’t.

Making room for what is already there.

from the earth, with love.

The earth gives us more than we often stop to notice.

At House of Nuray, I want to approach flowers with gratitude for where they come from, the seasons they belong to, and the hands that help bring them to us.

I’m learning to create with intention and to leave a little less behind. I source flowers locally when I can, work without floral foam, reuse materials throughout the studio, and compost what can return to earth. Chicken wire and other mechanics are chosen with reuse in mind, because I believe the thing we use to create beauty should have a life beyond a single arrangement.

For me, sustainability isn’t about perfection. It’s about paying attention to what I take, what I use, and what I leave behind.

Gathering beauty, while caring for where it came from.

behind the flowers.

My name is Celeste. House of Nuray is named after my daughter, Soliana Nuray.

I started this studio as a new creative chapter—one that brings together my love of flowers, storytelling, and making beautiful things with my hands.

I’m a U.S. Air Force public affairs specialist and photographer, and much of my work has taught me to look closely: to notice light, composition, movement, and the small details that make a moment worth remembering.

Floral design is a new medium for me, but the instinct behind it isn’t. House of Nuray is my place to keep creating, keep learning, and build something meaningful alongside my family.

My husband, David, is my biggest supporter, and our daughter is the little person at the center of it all.

This is House of Nuray—a studio still becoming, with flowers and love at the heart of it.
